I am a qualified humanistic integrative counsellor and an executive, life and therapeutic coach.

I am passionate about creating a space where individuals can identify and pursue their personal and professional priorities. Through coaching and counselling, I support clients in unlocking their potential and bridging the gap between where they are and where they aspire to be.

I offer a safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental environment in which clients can reflect on what has brought them to the session. This process enables them to explore what may be hindering their psychological well-being and empowers them on their path toward growth, balance, and fulfilment.

Seeing clients gain clarity and make meaningful progress in life is deeply rewarding. I believe in taking a holistic approach to every session, encouraging creative and solution-focused thinking that nurtures insight and supports each individual’s unique journey.

Since 2009, I have also been teaching group and individual Yoga, Pilates, and Mindfulness classes to adults, adolescents, and children.

I offer coaching, counselling, and Yoga and Mindfulness sessions in both English and Italian.
